Welcome to WORN London, an ecommerce website owned and operated by Red Crunch LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website wornlondon.com ("Site") and the purchase and use of our products, including but not limited to the Two Piece Smart Set ("Product"). By accessing our Site, purchasing a Product, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

3. Product Information and Availability The only product currently available for sale is the Two Piece Smart Set. All features, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Payment and Billing Payments are securely processed via Stripe and may be made using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Apple Pay (where available). By providing a payment method, you confirm that you are authorized to use it and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge the total amount of your purchase, including taxes and shipping.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. International orders may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations, duties, customs, and import fees which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping and Delivery We currently offer shipping to the USA and select international locations. Shipping times and fees may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or factors beyond our control. Once a product has shipped, risk of loss and title for such items passes to you.

6. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns on unworn, unused, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact info@wornlondon.com with your order number.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection and approval of the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria.

7. Intellectual Property All content on the Site including logos, text, images, videos, and graphics are the intellectual property of Red Crunch LTD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and Product(s) are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
